Our process begins with carefully selected, high-quality High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resin. We use food-grade virgin raw materials to deliver exceptional strength, chemical resistance and long service life while ensuring every product is safe for potable water and industrial applications.

The HDPE resin is fed into a state-of-the-art extruder, where a rotating screw conveys the material through a heated barrel. Controlled heat and pressure gradually melt the polymer into a uniform, homogeneous material ready for shaping. Precise temperature control throughout the process ensures optimal material properties and product consistency.

The molten HDPE is forced through a precision-engineered die that forms the required profile or shape. Our advanced extrusion equipment maintains tight dimensional tolerances, producing products with excellent structural integrity and consistent wall thickness.

Immediately after extrusion, the product passes through a controlled cooling system where it is accurately sized and stabilized. This critical stage ensures dimensional accuracy, prevents distortion, and enhances the mechanical strength of the finished product.

Once cooled, the extruded product is cut to the required dimensions using precision cutting equipment. Each product undergoes finishing processes to ensure smooth edges, accurate sizing, and readiness for installation or further fabrication.

Every production batch is subjected to comprehensive quality inspections, including dimensional verification, visual inspection, and performance testing.
