Premium Raw Materials
We begin with food-grade virgin polyethylene powder, selected for its strength, UV resistance, and suitability for safe potable water storage.
Precision Moulding
The material is loaded into a steel mould, which rotates on two axes inside a heated oven. As the polymer melts, it coats the mould evenly, forming a seamless tank with consistent wall thickness.
Controlled Cooling
The mould continues rotating as it cools, allowing the tank to solidify evenly while maintaining its shape, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Finishing & Quality Inspection
Each tank is trimmed, fitted with accessories, and thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets Aquasantec's strict quality standards before leaving the factory.
