Material Preparation
High-quality polyethylene resin is melted and formed into a hollow tube known as a parison.
Blow Moulding
The parison is enclosed within a precision mould, and compressed air is introduced to expand the material against the mould walls, creating the desired shape with uniform wall thickness.
Cooling & Solidification
The mould is cooled under controlled conditions, allowing the product to retain its shape, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Trimming & Finishing
Excess material is removed, openings are finished, and each product is prepared for final assembly where required.

Every product undergoes rigorous quality inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and overall performance before leaving the factory.
